It is that time of the year again. Family gatherings. Office parties. Cooking. Sometimes it's easy to let your health and wellness goals "slip" a bit with the plan to get back on track after the New Year. Don't do it!! You can make time for your health and for enjoying the festivities. To help you out for the next few weeks I am going to kick off my second annual 12 days of Fitmas Challenge. The challenge will start on Sunday December 14. All you have to do is log on to our forum page and follow along.
