Each day I will post a new exercise, a target number of reps or duration along with a link to an instructional video. Good form is key at all times so if you are not familiar with the exercises please take a few minutes to watch the tutorial. The goal is to complete the cumulative challenge exercises so that on Day 1 you'll complete one exercise, Day 2, two exercises and so on until Day 12 when you will complete all of the exercises!! Please work at your own pace and do not perform this program (or any program) without clearance from your health care provider. If you are just starting a new fitness program you may need 30 s between each exercise. If you have been exercising for some time, try to complete the challenge each day with minimal rest.
I'll start posting on Saturday so that you have one day in advance to prepare for the following day. Feel free to share with friends and family. Most important, give the group a shout out to let us know how you're doing.
